Our intercultural team is comprised of some 200 people in Munich, Amsterdam and Cape Town. We also draw on a network of consultants, coaches and moderators in more than 50 countries spanning the globe. Our experts' backgrounds are mainly in psychology, economics, sociology, IT and statistics.

Management

Dr. Matthias Zimmermann is the founder and Managing Director of LOGIT Effectory. He and fellow executives Arne Barends, founder and Managing Director of Effectory, and Don Griffioen, Director Strategy & Business Development, make up the Effectory Group's International Management Board.

Matthias Zimmermann has more than 20 years' professional experience in international management consulting, strategic organizational development and research. He headed up many employee survey projects for companies of all sizes and industries worldwide. Matthias Zimmermann has published numerous articles and regularly advises the executives of some of Germany's most prestigious enterprises.

Before setting up the predecessor company LOGIT Management Consulting in 2005, he served on HRC Human Resources Consulting GmbH's management board and held a management position with Dialego Market Research AG. Earlier, he had gained international HR and management experience with American Express in Paris, where his performance was acknowledged with an American Express Excellence Award.

Matthias Zimmermann laid the foundation for his career at the University of Mannheim, graduating with honors in business education and subsequently obtaining a doctorate summa cum laude.
